The KRLX media project was started with capital funding from the CSA senate in May, 2009. It houses KRLX's digital archives: recordings of the news, talk shows, and interviews that have aired on KRLX since podcasting started in 2005. This server also houses digital copies of albums from the record library, images attached to posts on the krlx.org home page, and temporarily hosts the MP3's that appear in the MP3 blog.
Without a doubt, it is one of the most important pieces of the station's IT infrastructure.
